| Booking deposits held for Peak periods ie: Easter, Christmas,
New Year, and Thanksgiving are none refundable. |
| We also require a security deposit which is fully
refundable after departure, subject to departure inspection.
This is $200 for 3 Bed Homes, $300 for 4 Bed Homes, $400 for 5 Bed
Homes, $550 for 6 Bed Homes and
$600 for 7 Bed Homes. |

| All our homes are non-smoking. If you do smoke, we request that
you do so outside. |
| If pets are discovered in the home, a charge will be made to cover
carpet and upholstery cleaning. |
| Cancellation Policy is that you may cancel your reservation with
us at any time up to 60 days prior to your due arrival date. |
