The villa accommodates 12-14 people. It is a beautifully furnished, fully air conditioned house. It has six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, and also a fully screened pool and spa.

The ground floor features the formal lounge area with comfortable seating with adjacent dining room with large table plus 6 chairs.
The family room has ample seating with a luxurious leather sofa, cable TV, video player, DVD player and Stereo. You will also find a variety of videos, DVD's, CDs and books. Just off the family room is located the utility room which has a large washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.
All linens and towels are provided for your use.
Adjacent is the half bathroom with toilet and vanity also the games room. The games room has an 8ft Eliminator pool table, extreme air hockey, table soccer and a dart board.

The family room overlooks the 30ft x 14ft pool and spa surrounded by an extended deck area and extended lanai with ceiling fans. Alfresco dining with deck tables and chairs, removable child safety gate, sun loungers.

This home has a fully equipped kitchen with center island with a refrigerator / freezer with ice maker, range cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, electric kettle, cafeteria, dishwasher, cookware and utensils, and of course ample crockery, cutlery and glassware. The adjacent breakfast area has breakfast table and chairs.

On the ground floor is the first of the two master suites with ceiling fan, TV, DVD with King size four post bed and large walk in closet.
On the upper floor you will find the second king master suite with ceiling fan, TV, DVD en suite bathroom features bath / shower, vanity and toilet.
The Queen bedroom has ceiling fan, TV, DVD and adjacent bathroom with bath / shower, vanity and toilet.

Bedrooms four, five and six are all twin bedded rooms all with ceiling fans, TV and DVDs, the fourth full bathroom with bath / shower,vanity and toilet is shared
